Previously, Riley served as an investment professional at Varsity Healthcare Partners and Piper Sandler, where he focused on buy-side and sell-side transactions within the healthcare services sector. Earlier in his career, Riley was an M&A Senior Associate at GE HealthCare, where he led joint ventures, venture capital investments, and corporate acquisitions across the medical device, technology, service, and distribution industries. He began his career as a Product Manager at Medline Industries, where he oversaw a $100 million product line and gained hands-on operational experience in managing a middle-market business.
